The Philharmonic plan to build a new concert hall. Do you know its location?

Leo Festiwal (may 2010)
During the second edition of the Festival presenting various projects aimed at arts merger (music and other arts), the orchestra LEOPOLDINUM and students of the Faculty of Architecture at Wrocław University of Technology will carry out a joint undertaking binding music and architecture.
Moreover, the ensemble will present yet another project of an opera for children – this time, it will be Hans Krása's Bundibár. During the Second World War the piece was smuggled to the concentration camp in Terezin in the form of a piano score, rearranged and staged around fifty times. Terezin will, so to speak, act as a bridge to another concert's program which will present the compositions of the artists who composed in the same place: Haas, Schulhoff, Bruch and Messiaen (featuring his poignant Quartet for the End of Time in an outstanding rendition). The repertoire we present is addressed to wide audiences and music lovers who appreciate the compositions ranging from the classical to contemporary music. Artists who will take part in the Leo Festival are: a fabulous cellist Raphael Wallfisch, Apollon Musagete string quartet, a clarinettist Andreas Schablas, and Music Primary School Choir Con Brio (Wrocław).
